La legge \u00e8 nota anche come K-REACH. La recente modifica \u00e8 stata pubblicata il 13 aprile 2021.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p>La legge sulla registrazione e la valutazione delle sostanze chimiche (nota come K-REACH) \u00e8 stata pubblicata il 1\u00b0 gennaio 2015. K-REACH mira a proteggere la salute pubblica e l'ambiente, attraverso quattro procedure: notifica o registrazione, valutazione, autorizzazione e restrizione delle sostanze chimiche.<\/p><p>Secondo K-REACH, a seconda che una sostanza sia elencata nell'inventario, le sostanze chimiche possono essere suddivise in 3 categorie: sostanze esistenti, nuove sostanze e sostanze prioritarie esistenti (PEC). Le procedure di conformit\u00e0 variano a seconda delle categorie di sostanze e della fascia di tonnellaggio.<\/p><p>Esistono due tipi di esenzione: l'esenzione con obbligo di conferma e l'esenzione senza obbligo di azione.
