L'EAEU a approuv\u00e9 un r\u00e8glement le 3 mars 2017, qui devrait entrer en vigueur le 30 novembre 2022. Le r\u00e8glement, connu sous le nom de \"R\u00e8glement technique de l'Union \u00e9conomique eurasienne sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des produits chimiques - TR EAEU 041\/2017, \u00e9tablit des exigences pour les substances chimiques, les m\u00e9langes et autres produits chimiques qui seront mis sur le march\u00e9 de l'EAEU.<\/p><p>TR EAEU 041\/2017 est \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de REACH eurasien. Il couvre toutes les substances chimiques, \u00e0 l'exception de celles qui figurent \u00e0 l'annexe I du r\u00e8glement. Selon le r\u00e8glement, les exigences et les processus sont diff\u00e9rents pour les substances nouvelles et les substances existantes. Les substances existantes sont celles qui sont inscrites dans l'inventaire russe, tandis que les nouvelles substances sont les produits chimiques qui ne figurent pas dans l'inventaire russe. Les substances existantes doivent faire l'objet d'un enregistrement simplifi\u00e9, tandis que les nouvelles substances doivent faire l'objet d'un enregistrement standard.<\/p><p>Les entreprises non membres de l'EEE qui exportent ou souhaitent exporter des produits chimiques vers l'EEE sont tenues de d\u00e9signer un repr\u00e9sentant d\u00e9sign\u00e9 situ\u00e9 dans l'EEE pour s'acquitter de leurs obligations d'importateur.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80a3510 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" formule structurelle d'une substance chimique ;<\/li><li>d) Num\u00e9ro CAS ;<\/li><li>d) les donn\u00e9es de l'analyse instrumentale d'une substance chimique ;<\/li><li>e) le degr\u00e9 de chimique ;<\/li><li>m) des donn\u00e9es sur l'\u00e9cotoxicit\u00e9 du produit chimique ;<\/li><li>n) copies des donn\u00e9es (protocoles) des \u00e9tudes (tests) d'une substance chimique pour la d\u00e9termination de la bioaccumulation, de la canc\u00e9rog\u00e9nicit\u00e9, de la mutag\u00e9nicit\u00e9, de la toxicit\u00e9, effectu\u00e9es dans des laboratoires (centres) reconnus par l'organisme autoris\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment aux principes de bonnes pratiques de laboratoire conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation de l'\u00c9tat membre (recherches (tests) dans d'autres laboratoires (centres) dans un d\u00e9lai de 2 ans \u00e0 compter de la date d'entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la pr\u00e9sente r\u00e8gle technique).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>NOTE
