El AICIS regula los productos qu\u00edmicos (incluidos los pol\u00edmeros) introducidos para un uso industrial, como en tintas, pinturas, adhesivos, disolventes, cosm\u00e9ticos y productos de cuidado personal, productos de limpieza, as\u00ed como en aplicaciones de fabricaci\u00f3n, construcci\u00f3n y miner\u00eda, y para promover el uso seguro de los productos qu\u00edmicos industriales con el fin de proteger la salud humana y el medio ambiente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80a3510 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"80a3510\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfA qui\u00e9n afecta?<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e356946 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e356946\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Los importadores y fabricantes (introductores) de productos qu\u00edmicos industriales con fines comerciales deben registrar su empresa en este r\u00e9gimen. Todos los introductores de productos qu\u00edmicos industriales deben clasificar su importaci\u00f3n o fabricaci\u00f3n (introducci\u00f3n) de productos qu\u00edmicos en las siguientes categor\u00edas: introducci\u00f3n incluida en la lista, introducci\u00f3n exenta, introducci\u00f3n notificada, introducci\u00f3n evaluada y evaluaci\u00f3n comercial, antes de introducirlos en territorio australiano.<\/p><p>Si la introducci\u00f3n figura en el Inventario Australiano de Sustancias Qu\u00edmicas Industriales (el Inventario), entonces se clasifica como introducci\u00f3n incluida en la lista, y puede comercializarse cumpliendo las obligaciones reglamentarias (si las hubiera).
